Il Cenacolo Giovani is an initiative designed to strengthen cohesion among young talents and build lasting relationships of trust by fostering a common language among participants. This innovative approach has already received wide recognition in various youth contexts for its effectiveness.
The meetings, led by Francesco Sansone, CEO of Valore and author of the books ‘Il Pensiero Flessibile’ (Flexible Thinking) and ‘Leadership Responsabile’ (Responsible Leadership), take place at schools, universities or other institutions, involving groups of young people and including the participation of a keynote speaker, internal or external to the organisation.
